New Runner

Are you interested in running? Running can offer many benefits such as, being a great solution for fat loss, it will lower your blood pressure, it improves circulation, it improves wellbeing, it will help to keep your bones healthier for longer, it is great for meeting new friends and you will be able to get faster.

If you have not run before or not had much success it can be hard knowing where to start. Putting one foot in front of the other sounds easy enough but there is a lot more to think about.

Having me train you to run will decrease your risk of injury as you will have been shown effective stretches and exercises that you can do to avoid common running injuries. I can help you develop correct technique and form which allow you to move more efficiently. I will be able to pace with you ensuring that you are being motivated but at the same time not overdoing it.
